Net Worth of Pop Smoke – How Much is Pop Smoke Worth?

Pop Smoke’s net worth was estimated to be roughly $2 million.

Although the net worth of Pop Smoke is relatively on the lower side, keep in mind that he was still very young at the age of 20 when his net worth was estimated. There is no doubt that if his career had been able to continue on, his net worth would be higher today. Of note, the music he made continues to print money to this day. For example, his YouTube channel still gets active views on a daily basis, bringing in revenue constantly.

How much does Pop Smoke earn in a year?

Prior to his death, Pop Smoke was estimated to have earned roughly $1 million a year.

Pop Smoke signed on to Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records, and soon after released a single and an official mixtape. His songs are still making money on YouTube and Spotify. He also has TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Rappers also make a good portion of their money doing tours and concerts, but Pop Smoke unfortunately didn’t have a chance to make any decent money doing that. Here are some of his songs:

  • Dior
  • Got It On Me
  • Invincible
  • Faith
  • Mood Swings
  • For The Night
  • Scenario

Currently the Pop Smoke Instagram account has over 3.6 million followers. His TikTok account has over 3.3 million followers.

Additionally, he has a self-named YouTube channel which currently has over 8 million subscribers.

YouTube channels make between $3 to $5 per 1,000 views. Let’s take the midpoint of that at $4.

The channel has over 5 billion views thus far. With that view count, he has made at least $20 million from YouTube ad revenue alone.

Did Pop Smoke grow up rich or poor?

Pop Smoke grew up lower middle class. Many rappers grow up in extreme poverty; however, Pop Smoke grew up on the relatively nicer side of Brooklyn in Canarsie. That’s not to say he was rich by any means, but he wasn’t as poor as other rappers you typically hear about. He was not involved in any gang activity either as far as we know. However, that doesn’t take away from his music and achievements in any way.

How did Pop Smoke die?

Pop Smoke, unfortunately, died via fatal gunshot wound during an armed robbery with five men involved on February 19, 2020. It is suspected that the robbers targeted him because he had posted Instagram photos that revealed the exact address where he was staying at the time in Hollywood Hills.

He had also posted some photos of large sums of money and possessions of value. He was shot on the second-story balcony and died almost immediately. Half a year later, suspects were brought in including three adult males and two minors, and they were all charged with murder and/or robbery in their respective courts.
